Psychoactive Substances (Increasing Penalty for Supply and Distribution) Amendment Bill The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows: 1 Title This Act is the Psychoactive Substances (Increasing Penalty for Supply and Distribution) Amendment Act 2018 . 2 Commencement This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. 3 Principal Act This Act amends the Psychoactive Substances Act 2013 (the principal Act ). 4 Section 70 amended In section 70(3)(a), replace 2 years with 8 years 14 years .
